CANVAS BLINDS   Design The Canvas Blind is the basic, well proven Australian window awning. It is economical and still effective. Its spring tensioned roller with zinc plated side guides keeps the blind nice and tight. The multitude of textiles with superior finish now available guarantees a long life, the fabric being fade and rot resistant with full UV protection. Function The type ASB is used for ground floor windows where the blind is easily accessible and pulled down with a pole for instant protection. The type FG is designed for first floor applications and can be cord operated from inside for easy operation.     Features · All hardware is metal - no plastic parts used (which can go brittle after a few years) · All arms with built-in brass rollers instead of steel; will not rust, easy to operate. · Metal bottom rail is enclosed in a fabric pocket to enhance appearance from inside. · Fabric seams are symmetrically positioned over the fabric width which gives a more balanced appearance as well as ensuring that the blind rolls up evenly. · Wherever possible, all blinds are measured so as to overlap the window by 200mm on each side to ensure full sun protection. · In areas of high corrosion, we are able to supply stainless steel guides and anodised aluminium arms and brackets (extra costs apply).
